About the role
As a Data Scientist on our Customer Solutions team, you'll build the models and algorithms that turn customer manufacturing data into real answers, think predictive quality models, machine failure prediction, and pattern discovery in time-series data. Your work drives real-time solutions we deploy directly with customers, and it feeds back into Oden's core product and roadmap.
What they're looking for
- 1-3 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer, with a B.S. or M.S. in Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Strong Python skills, including common ML and statistics libraries
- Strong SQL skills
- Familiarity with process improvement and exploratory techniques (design of experiments, optimization)
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI models, for code development, experimentation, and generating insights for customers and end users on the Oden platform
- Comfort directing frontier AI models and AI agents as tools you steer, not magic you wait on
