About the role
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our CEO and COO while also owning the day-to-day workplace experience for the team. This is a role for someone who thrives on creating structure and organized systems, anticipates needs before they're asked, and enjoys the variety of switching between calendar Tetris and stocking the snack shelf.
What they're looking for
- Coordinate weekly team lunches and other recurring team events
- Manage office snack/supply ordering and vendor relationships
- Support day-to-day office operations and act as first point of contact for workplace-related questions
- Support the planning and execution of an office expansion and/or full office relocation (anticipated spring 2027), including logistics coordination, vendor communication, and move-day support
- Help maintain a positive, well-run office environment as the team scales
- 1–3 years of experience in an EA, office coordination, or administrative role (internships count)
