About the role
Offchain is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Business Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across the company. This role is based in our downtown Nashville office and requires in-office attendance five days per week. Sitting at the intersection of business operations, project management, and execution, this person will own the high-impact, day-to-day operations of our Nashville office.

- 1+ years of experience in business operations, project management, office management, procurement or a related field
- Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion
- Strong organizational skills and an exceptional attention to detail—you naturally create structure, establish priorities, and keep things moving
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a bias toward practical solutions and execution
