About the role
Offchain is looking for a VP of Marketing who can turn the growing adoption of blockchain technology into a clear market narrative, build a high-performing marketing function, and drive execution across brand, communications, product marketing, content, social, partner marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations.
What they're looking for
- 10 to 15+ years of marketing experience, ideally across high-growth technology, fintech, infrastructure, developer platforms, crypto, or enterprise software
- A minimum of 5 years leading marketing teams across brand, product marketing, communications, content, campaigns, social, demand generation, marketing operations, or go-to-market
- Experience building marketing functions that are structured, fast, accountable, and capable of supporting multiple products and audiences
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining close to execution, editing, systems, and team development
