- Proven Executive Tenure: 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, with significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments
- Strategic Visionary: A track record of moving beyond the "numbers" to influence company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at the Board and executive levels
- High-Agency Leadership: Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams from the ground up
- Advanced Financial Architecture: Mastery of complex financial modeling, including the ability to synthesize multifaceted data sets into clear, actionable executive narratives
- Operational Excellence: The ability to instill structure and discipline in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment without sacrificing the agility required for a scaling startup
- Exceptional Communication: Poise and clarity when presenting to the Board, investors, and external regulatory bodies, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
