About the role
The Director, Global Programs leads a set of specialized teams that support Solutions Consulting globally: Value Consulting, Proposal Writing, Program Management, and Partnership Solutions. This is a broad operating leadership role — you'll manage a team of managers and individual leads spanning multiple disciplines and regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC), ensuring each function scales in lockstep with the business and delivers consistent, high-quality support to the field.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years in Solutions Consulting, program/business operations, or a related client-facing function within B2B SaaS, including 4+ years managing managers or multi-team organizations
- Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams (e.g., value consulting, proposal/RFP, program management, partnerships) toward a shared operating rhythm
- Strong program management fundamentals: prioritization across competing initiatives, resourcing, and executive-level reporting
- Familiarity with value engineering/ROI methodology and enterprise RFP processes is a strong plus
- Experience supporting or partnering with a Partnerships/Alliances function, including partner-sourced deal motions, is a plus
- Proven ability to operate across time zones and regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC), with a track record of building consistent global process
