What they're looking for
- 2-3 years of professional experience in recruitment coordination or similar recruiting-related role
- Ability to independently problem solve in a fast-paced environment and manage your time effectively
- Experience with at least one applicant tracking system, ideally Greenhouse
- Proficient with Google Applications (Gmail, Calendar and Drive). Experience with GoodTime scheduling is a major plus
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
