This is an essential, high-profile role at one of the fastest-growing global cryptocurrency exchanges based in San Jose, CA. The Deputy General Counsel will play a central role in proactively shaping OKX's regulatory and legal strategy in the US and across the Americas. The Deputy General Counsel will act as a key partner and provide day-to-day counsel to senior business leadership of OKX's US business, including the coordination of efforts with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance and other functions.
