- 7-10+ years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or strategic investment
- Deep understanding of the U.S. Tech/AI landscape OR the Biotech/Innovative Drug development cycle
- A robust professional network in Silicon Valley and major U.S. innovation hubs
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in a relevant technical or financial field

Execution: Lead the end-to-end investment process, including due diligence, financial modeling, and term sheet negotiation.
Portfolio Support: Partner with founders to provide strategic guidance and ecosystem connections.
7-10+ years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or strategic investment.
