- Observe, document, and map business workflows, including systems, handoffs, exceptions, decision points, and manual effort
- Identify repetitive work, process bottlenecks, legacy business problems, and opportunities to reduce avoidable operational effort
- Determine whether each opportunity is best addressed through standard automation, LLM-assisted workflow, agentic orchestration, or a combination of approaches
- Design LLM-fed automation that can classify, summarize, extract, route, validate, or structure information so it can reliably feed downstream workflows
- Build and configure AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations using approved platforms, including Power Automate, Glean, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Decagon, and Atlassian Rovo
- Use Power Automate and connected enterprise systems to streamline approvals, notifications, case creation, data movement, reporting, and other repeatable work

Summary: The AI Business Operations Senior Specialist will partner with priority departments, beginning with Implementations and FinOps, to identify repetitive work and legacy business problems; map current-state workflows; design LLM-fed automation and AI-enabled workflows; build agents and automations using approved platforms; measure business impact; document best practices; train employees; and rotate to the next function.
