- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
- Familiarity with general accounting principles and basic financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with Great Plains is a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Summary: As a Financial Operations AR Specialist, you will play a crucial role on the Financial Operations team in ensuring the completeness and integrity of financial records within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to reconcile financial transactions and accounts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain the financial health of the company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accordance with accounting standards and internal policies.
This role is hybrid that will work onsite 2 days per week at one of our locations: Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.
