About the role
As the Analytics Engineering Manager at OnePay, you will lead a high-performing team focused on transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. Your work will directly impact our product, marketing, and business operations by ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and actionable. You will: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analytics engineers responsible for building and maintaining robust data pipelines and analytical models
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role
- Advanced expertise in SQL, Databricks, and dbt
- Experience architecting and scaling data transformation pipelines in a modern cloud environment
- Strong understanding of analytics best practices, including data modeling, testing, and documentation
- Track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver data-driven business impact
- Experience leading and developing high-performance technical teams
