About the role
Clearly communicate user needs to the product team. Maintain a high product proficiency, and excite the customer about each product improvement. Understand, request, and effectively leverage Company resources to meet the goals of the Company.
What they're looking for
- Proven experience supporting operational planning, coordination, or execution within a complex Federal government environment, preferably at a large agency or headquarters organization
- Experience working across large Federal organizations and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels to drive alignment and execution
- Familiarity with Federal exercises, operational readiness activities, and the technical and security requirements associated with deploying software on classified government networks
- Proven ability to expand adoption and business presence within Federal customer organizations, particularly for software or technology solutions
- Experience providing high-touch customer support both in person and remotely, including coordinating incident resolution across customers, Product, and Engineering teams
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master complex software, troubleshoot issues, and communicate technical concepts effectively to Federal customers
