About the role
Own the end-to-end user experience of the platform — information architecture, navigation, onboarding, and core workflows Run usability research and customer interviews to understand how users work and where flows can be improved
What they're looking for
- We value passionate self-starters with a growth mindset and a bias for action and personal accountability. If you love solving hard problems, thrive in ambiguity, and want to make a real impact, you’ll fit right in
- 5+ years of product design experience, with significant time at developer tools, security, or enterprise SaaS companies
- Has shipped at least one enterprise product end-to-end and can walk through the UX tradeoffs made
- Strong UX instincts — comfortable running usability studies, observing user behavior, and translating findings into design decisions
- Track record of improving learnability and time-to-first-value in complex products
- Expert with Figma, including working inside and contributing to mature component libraries
