Design & Development: Independently design and build scalable, reliable full stack features and services spanning backend and frontend Technical Leadership: Lead technical design discussions for medium-to-large features and drive sound architectural decisions

- Strong algorithmic and problem-solving ability
- Working knowledge of system design and common architectural patterns
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps workflows
