- Experience: 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including at least 3 years driving technical architecture or strategy across multiple teams
- Ability to design systems and architecture that scale across multiple teams and products
- Strong command of CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps workflows
- Excellent communication and cross-functional influence, including with senior stakeholders
