About the role
Review, draft, redline, and negotiate complex commercial, vendor, software, marketing, licensing, and partnership agreements Advise on privacy, data use, subscription, consumer protection, and technology-related legal questions
What they're looking for
- Complex Commercial & Strategic Legal Work - Partner with business leaders to structure, negotiate, and execute complex legal agreements that support company objectives while appropriately managing risk
- Support strategic partnership implementations and cross-functional initiatives
- Advise stakeholders on contractual structure, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy
- Apply legal judgment within established company policies, contract standards, fallback positions, and risk tolerances while independently advising stakeholders and moving matters toward resolution
- Help manage legal escalations and novel issues that fall outside established workflows
- Coordinate with outside counsel when specialized expertise is required
