About the role
At Open Door Legal, we are creating the first digital platform designed to deliver universal access to civil legal representation. Our staff cannot serve clients if their laptops, phones, and accounts do not work. The IT Administrator is the person who makes sure they do. What they're looking for
- 1+ years in an IT support, help desk, or systems administrator role
- Hands-on experience administering accounts and permissions in at least one major platform (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Okta, or similar)
- Comfort troubleshooting Mac and Windows hardware, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing equipment
- Demonstrated care with access, permissions, and confidential data. This role touches systems that hold client information
- Strong written communication and a service mindset. You can explain a fix to a non-technical colleague without condescension
- Detail and process oriented, with the discipline to complete a checklist the same way every time
