About the role
OpenLoop’s mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. In this role, you will bring order to a wide range of People Projects that shape the business and employee experience. You’ll develop strong partnerships with HR leaders, business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into well-executed HR programs, scalable processes, and measurable outcomes. What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a similar field
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 1 year supporting or working within the People function
- Experience scoping projects from scratch, breaking work into parts, sequencing it, and defining ownership before work starts
- Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills, including the instinct to ask who needs to be involved, at what level, and how they are likely to react
- Experience managing difficult stakeholder dynamics and keeping work moving through disagreement
- Able to anticipate risks and dependencies before they become delays
