- Hands on experience with data analytics, preferably within healthcare, tele-health, or highly regulated industries -- please refer to the years of experience and details above, to differentiate between the two levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field required
- Expert-level SQL proficiency, strong experience with Python or R
- Advanced experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Zoho Analytics, etc.)
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance considerations, and regulatory reporting environments
- Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
