Lead design initiatives from concept through launch, collaborating closely with engineers and other designers to define and deliver high-quality user experiences. Channel design thinking into our product development process, ensuring we’re solving real user problems with consistency and simplicity
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of product design experience, across both consumer and platform-facing products
- Demonstrated ability to own complex, ambiguous problem spaces and turn them into elegant, intuitive solutions
- Strong product sense—comfortable thinking strategically and operating without the structure of a large product org
- Strong experience designing mobile-first products, with a deep understanding of what makes for an intuitive, polished mobile experience
- Exceptional visual design and interaction design skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong aesthetic judgement, systems thinking, and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience building, scaling, or maintaining design systems, component libraries, or other frameworks that improve product quality, consistency, and team velocity
