- Complete 15+ customer and stakeholder interviews focused on unmet needs, changing buying behaviors, and the future of enterprise learning
- Deliver a market and competitive assessment covering major shifts in AI, workforce development, skills, learning technology, and adjacent markets
- Present a prioritized opportunity map identifying 3–5 areas for further validation, supported by customer, market, and business evidence
- Build at least one prototype or concept to begin testing a high-potential opportunity with customers
