About the role
Partner closely with the AI team to improve the quality, consistency, and creative direction of AI-generated video content. Develop prompting frameworks and generation workflows that consistently produce high-quality outputs at scale.

- Strong hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image, video, or creative content generation
- Excellent visual design, motion design, or creative direction instincts with a high standard for quality and detail
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, creative workflows, and AI generation techniques
- Strong storytelling instincts with an understanding of pacing, narrative structure, and visual communication
- Ability to create scalable frameworks and processes rather than relying solely on one-off creative execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with rapidly evolving tools and workflows
