About the role
This leader will provide strategic direction to maximize TREGZI’s access and value across payer and customer segments. The role will oversee field market access execution, payer strategy, the product value proposition, and tactical planning to support continued commercialization and lifecycle management. The Senior Director will also establish performance metrics and lead internal and external access and disease-education strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of relevant market access experience, including experience leading high-performing payer or field market access teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, payer landscape, reimbursement environment, and related access challenges and opportunities
- Deep functional expertise in market access, pricing and contracting, lifecycle management, and the integration of patient access and support services
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated success developing scalable, customer-focused market access strategies

Position Summary: the Senior Director, Field Market Access will report to the Head of Market Access and lead our high-performing team of U.S. Payer Account Directors. This team is responsible for expanding patient access, removing reimbursement barriers, and supporting TREGZI’s revenue and profitability goals.
