About the role
Inkhouse is seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day client relations and drive strategy across a portfolio of technology clients. This is an opportunity for someone who pairs expert tactical execution with a real point of view on strategy — someone who can run the work while shaping where it's going.
What they're looking for
- Lead day-to-day client relations and support senior leadership in strategic planning, problem-solving, and crisis mitigation
- Drive project management and account logistics, setting the tone for client meetings and making team assignments
- Execute high-priority media relations and feature pitching across broadcast, print, and online channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and industry analysts
- Draft core client materials including messaging documents, strategic plans, and memos
- Develop thought leadership content, bylines, blog posts, and integrated communications content across channels
