About the role
Own technical value realization for a portfolio of strategic customers, from first live data through durable adoption and expansion. Work directly inside customer tenants and systems to understand their AI workflows, operational constraints, and most consequential problems.
What they're looking for
- At least five years of experience building and delivering production software, data systems, security products, or technically complex enterprise solutions
- Strong hands-on engineering ability across some combination of Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Rust, APIs, backend systems, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to independently explore unfamiliar, high-volume datasets and find meaningful signals inside noisy operational data
- Experience working directly with demanding enterprise customers and operating credibly with both hands-on engineers and senior executives
- The ability to decompose vague, high-level problems into a sequence of technical decisions and shipped artifacts
- High agency. You naturally explore the environment, form a point of view, and act before being given a detailed task list
