The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for owning and executing executive level searches. This person will need to be well-versed in the full life cycle executive search process (including candidate generation and development, senior client management and offer/negotiation.) You will report into the Senior Director, Executive Recruiting.

- 6+ years of experience within Executive Recruiting
- 3+ years of leading VP+ level searches
- 1+ years of project management experience, the ability to follow-through on individual and team-wide goals, plans and projects
- 1+ years experience building, and executing, strategies for staffing projects
- 1+ years of experience pulling insights from data, and utilizing insights to advise hiring leaders, and influence business decisions
