About the role
As the Head of Network Recruiting, you will lead strategic provider sourcing. This effort will expand and improve the payer network, specifically driving the recruitment of non-anchor providers, Essential Community Providers (ECPs), and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). You will directly support network adequacy standards, improves patient access, and improve overall network performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare industry
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in provider network development, network operations, or provider recruitment within a health plan, MSO, or health system
- Experience engaging and contracting with community health centers, FQHCs, and independent provider groups
- Demonstrated understanding of CMS and state-level network adequacy requirements and access-to-care standards
- Experience managing multi-departmental workflows across contracting, legal, operations, and market leadership teams
