  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in driving rigorous prioritization processes
  • 5+ years of experience with tech systems and understanding basic technology infrastructure such as backend services, database relationships, and leveraging database tools such as SQL
  • 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-domain initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience root-causing ambiguous problems, building roadmaps towards a solution, and successfully executing against that roadmap
  • (Provider Experience) Experience building workflow, case-management, servicing, or account-management products used across multistep operational journeys

As a Staff Product Manager on our Network team, you will own the product strategy for Oscar’s end-to-end provider experience, spanning initial outreach and onboarding through ongoing servicing. You will define how Oscar becomes the easiest health insurance company for providers to do business with, reducing friction across critical journeys such as credentialing, authorizations, disputes, accounts receivable, and issue resolution.
