- Clean, validate, and maintain data across databases so it's accurate and reliable
- Use Tableau, SQL, Excel, and other analysis tools to aggregate data, compile statistics, build models, and create visualizations
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets to improve reporting accuracy and business performance
- Give managers across departments insights and actionable data that help them make informed business decisions
- Create detailed, story-driven reports that turn complex data into clear takeaways and recommendations for management
- Work with upper management to prioritize new strategic initiatives

As a Business Intelligence Analyst , you will be responsible for conducting full life cycle analysis on workflow and data to contribute to long-term company growth. You will work heavily with our proprietary software, as well as third party applications. You will monitor performance and quality control plans to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement.
