What they're looking for
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including direct experience with revenue accounting and ASC 606, a combination of public accounting and industry experience is strongly preferred
- At least 2 years of direct people-management experience, including setting direction, coaching and developing team members, and managing performance
- Demonstrated experience leading an accounting team’s day-to-day execution, including delegating work, establishing priorities, and ensuring timely, high-quality results
- Retail accounting experience, including exposure to retailer reconciliations, deductions or credits, reserves, and close support for large retail partner environments
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and how accounting guidance should be translated into practical processes and operational execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working through large sets of transactional data and operational process details

We’re looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to join our growing Revenue & O2C Accounting team.
