What they're looking for
- 7+ years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations experience, including 3+ years hands-on designing and configuring NetSuite ERP (consulting or in-house)
- Proven experience building and supporting EDI integrations between NetSuite and external logistics, 3PL, or carrier partners
- Experience designing custom NetSuite solutions — including OneWorld/multi-subsidiary environments — that scale with the business rather than patch it
- Working knowledge of TMS systems and demand/supply planning technology as they relate to NetSuite workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical designs into terms non-technical stakeholders can act on
- Uses LLM assistants (e.g., Claude) daily as a working thought partner for requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication, with sound judgment about when AI is and isn't the right tool

We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain to join our Supply Chain Technology & ERP Engineering team and own NetSuite as the operational backbone of Oura's supply chain and logistics network. This role designs and delivers the system solutions connecting NetSuite to 3PL, carrier, and reverse-logistics partners, and drives the data foundation Supply Chain leaders rely on to plan and report with confidence.
