About the role
This is a remote US role with a strong preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone
What they're looking for
- 5 years of experience in consumer insights or market research, with at least 2 years specifically supporting a software product or platform at a technology company
- Hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, comfort both conducting research in-house and utilizing vendor partners
- Prior experience in consumer insights, market research or user research, sufficient experience and confidence to design and lead a research learning plan to support a functional area with light-touch guidance
