What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in managing electrical engineering teams, with a significant focus on embedded systems and low-power design, preferably within very high volume consumer electronics or wearable devices
- Deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power management, and sensor integration
- Depth in both testing and validation methodologies for electrical systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Significant experience working with overseas manufacturing partners
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
