What they're looking for
- An active CPA license — this is a requirement for the role
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Hands-on experience preparing SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), including footnote drafting, tie-out, and XBRL tagging in Workiva, working knowledge of NetSuite or a comparable ERP
- Familiarity with SOX and internal controls over financial reporting
- Extremely organized, with the discipline to juggle competing close and filing deadlines without letting quality slip
- A skillful communicator who works independently and is not afraid to work cross-functionally — communicating out PBC requests and holding team members accountable for delivering the support requested
