Principal Technical Architect: $153,000 - $186,300 Base Salary
What they're looking for
- BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of software development experience, including hands-on work in web or mobile application development
- 4 years in architecture or technical leadership roles, with proven application of architecture patterns in enterprise projects
- Strong command of architecture design, project delivery practices, and application performance, including the ability to identify, evaluate, and fix performance bottlenecks
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to support customer engagements
- Hands-on experience designing AI solutions is strongly preferred: LLM based applications, agentic frameworks and protocols such as MCP, RAG, or model orchestration on platforms such as Amazon Bedrock
