What they're looking for
- 5+ years recruiting top-tier GTM talent in hyper-growth environments, with a proven track record hiring senior, staff, and director-level roles across sales, customer success, finance, administrative, and other departments as needed
- You'll ideally bring high volume IC level hiring experience
- Track record of meaningfully leveraging AI tools and data to source, assess, engage, and hire top-tier candidates
- Creative and resourceful—brings fresh, unconventional approaches to hard-to-fill roles where the standard playbook falls short
- Demonstrated strength in critical thinking and root cause analysis, with the ability to turn insights into solutions
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, trusted by candidates and business partners alike
