About the role

As a key member of the Production team, you will own and support a variety of cross-functional activities that keep production running smoothly. You'll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and production teams to maintain accurate documentation, coordinate schedules, improve data quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, project coordination, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common productivity software
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
  • Experience with manufacturing documentation, BOM management, or production planning
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience using ERP, PLM, or MES platforms

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our manufacturing and production operations. This is an early-career role (1–2 years of experience) designed for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving processes, and ensuring critical production tasks don't fall through the cracks.

As a key member of the Production team, you will own and support a variety of cross-functional activities that keep production running smoothly. You'll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and production teams to maintain accurate documentation, coordinate schedules, improve data quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
