About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically fluent Systems Project Manager to support high-tempo engineering execution across multiple programs, teams, and workstreams. In this role, you will run regular planning meetings, drive schedules, manage ticket queues, maintain plans and trackers, and ensure clear communication across engineering, program, and operations teams.

- Assist partnered teams in the creation and revision of structured plans, validation documents, meeting notes, and process documentation
- Track and manage software and hardware issues across development and test cycles, ensuring accurate ticket creation, clear prioritization, and timely updates
- Provide clear reporting on milestone readiness, issue status, backlog trends, and outstanding risks
- Maintain visibility into schedules, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure work is properly sequenced and aligned with program timelines
- Support planning for engineering validation efforts, field demonstrations, and customer deliverables by coordinating timelines, documentation, and technical prerequisites

Role Summary
