What they're looking for
- We're hiring an innovative Head of Global Enablement to supercharge the effectiveness of our Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams
- A track record of building an enablement function or methodology from the ground up, ideally at a company that scaled from early-stage through high growth
- Experience owning enablement across the full customer lifecycle, including sales, onboarding, ongoing skill development, and success/retention/expansion
- Direct experience selling or enabling in an SMB or high-velocity sales motion, and an understanding of how that differs from enterprise, procurement-driven selling
- A framework or methodology you've built or trained teams on at a previous company, with evidence it drove measurable improvements in seller performance
- Comfort using AI tools to build scalable enablement systems
