Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. What they're looking for
- Today, restaurant owners spend huge amounts of time reacting to operational problems: managing incoming orders, handling kitchen bottlenecks, coordinating delivery, updating menus, and responding to customer issues under constant time pressure
- This team owns ordering, fulfillment, restaurant operations including guest relationship management, and kitchen workflows – systems directly in the critical path for restaurant revenue and a stellar guest experience
- We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, who cares deeply about the product experience and has the range to own it end-to-end. You'll build mission-critical software systems that directly impact restaurant revenue and reputation
- This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States and Canada
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time shipping customer-facing product features
- Experience with our frontend stack (React, Next.js) and/or backend stack (Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
