About the role
Pallet is looking for a high-intensity, analytically minded operator to help build and scale our go-to-market motion. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, partnerships, and strategy. You'll work on the company's highest-priority growth initiatives, helping identify opportunities, drive execution, and solve complex business problems across the GTM organization.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, business operations, growth, or strategy & operations at a high-growth startup
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, workflow automation, or content creation
- Comfort working with data from CRM, analytics, product, or sales systems
