- Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading RTM strategy or operations within high-growth, complex environments
- Deep expertise across GSI, Cloud Provider, and Distributor models with a focus on scaling $100M+ commercial partnerships
- Demonstrated experience transforming, redesigning, or standing up new operational frameworks to drive efficiency and automation
- Proven track record of architecting data-centric organizations, including auditing complex data sets and enforcing data governance
- Ability to translate high-level GTM strategies into actionable capacity plans and KPIs, with understanding of SaaS and hardware business models
