About the role
The Professional Services (PS) Consulting Manager serves as a key leader within our Machine Identity delivery organization, leading a high-performing team of consultants dedicated to driving customer success and service growth. This role bridges strategic leadership, business acumen, and deep technical expertise across Machine Identity Management (MIM), proprietary product suites, and custom development.

- Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Systems Integration
- 2+ years of experience in a team leadership or direct people management role
- Deep expertise in Machine Identity Management (MIM), PKI, SSL/TLS certificate automation, and SSH key management
- Hands-on background in software development, REST APIs, scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Go), and enterprise integrations
- Strong track record in SOW creation, effort estimation, margin tracking, and managing utilization targets
