About the role
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Principal Product Manager to lead our Vertical AI strategy, re-imagining core business workflows in Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance from the ground up. In this role, you will move beyond generic AI additions to build high-value, domain-specific solutions that directly impact the company's bottom line.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management
- Mandatory hands-on experience building functional prototypes, code snippets, or mock UIs using generative AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms
- Expertise in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing high-quality user stories
- Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) capabilities and constraints, including context windows, latency, hallucination rates, and when to apply RAG vs. fine-tuning
- Proven experience conducting 'Voice of Customer' interviews and customer discovery in complex B2B environments such as Legal, Finance, or Sales
- A 'Maker' attitude with a portfolio of projects or artifacts built to demonstrate ideas
