About the role
We are seeking a highly strategic and visionary Senior Data Automation/Marketing Ops Lead to design and oversee our global marketing technology stack and data platform ecosystem. Firmly seated within the digital marketing team (part of the larger marketing organization), this role is explicitly differentiated from traditional IT functions; instead, you will serve as the critical bridge, partnering closely with IT for flawless technical execution.

- Required Qualifications
- Extensive progressive experience in MarTech, Marketing Operations, or Digital Marketing roles, with a proven track record of leading technical initiatives
- Extensive experience driving design and implementation of scalable data infrastructure that meet the demands of real-time decisioning
- Expert-level knowledge of technical integrations across the MarTech stack, including CDPs, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and internal data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Deep technical fluency in leveraging AI/ML, Generative AI, and predictive modeling for real-time data orchestration
- Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories (PRDs), managing a development backlog alongside internal engineering teams
