What they're looking for
- Product Marketing & Management Alignment: Partner closely with Product Management (PM) and Product Marketing (PMM) to translate technical roadmaps, positioning, and value propositions into field-ready messaging
- Accreditation Modernization: Modernize and manage all Idira product accreditation programs, leading the end-to-end transition and optimization of accreditation workflows directly into our internal AI platform
- In-Person Onboarding Lead: Support in-person Idira enablement sessions for all incoming field reps across EMEA, NAM, and LATAM during bi-monthly onboarding academies
- Cross-PANW Cross-Functional Enablement: Build and deliver targeted Idira enablement modules for broader Palo Alto Networks teams, ensuring cross-sell alignment across our platform ecosystem
- Field Assessment & Metric Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs through field certification rates, pitch readiness, AI roleplay scoring, and ultimate impact on pipeline velocity and win rates
- Enablement & Product Alignment: 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Enablement, or Technical Enablement within an enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity environment
