About the role
Pantera Capital is seeking a Capital Formation Analyst to join our sales execution team. This junior-level role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to the fundraising efforts of one of the leading investment firms focused on blockchain and digital assets. The role is administrative in nature and designed to support the day-to-day operations of our global capital formation and investor relations team.
What they're looking for
- 1–2 years of administrative or operational experience, preferably in financial services, investor relations, or capital markets
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Positive, proactive attitude—no task is too small if it helps move the team forward
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce experience is a plus
