About the role
As the Chief Growth Officer at Parachute Health, you will operate as the strategic growth architect, ecosystem connector, and long-term commercial pilot for our platform. While we have achieved exceptional product-market fit, our next phase of scaling requires moving past opportunistic wins to develop a highly predictable, systemic, and durable growth operating engine.

- Comprehensive Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, enterprise-level growth strategies that align directly with our mission
- Emerging Strategies Revenue Accountability: Own overarching ARR growth targets, developing actionable strategies to achieve target outcome metrics for emerging segments (e.g., payor)
- Macro Go-To-Market Execution: Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for entirely new verticals, services, and market segments
- Pricing & Revenue Architecture: Drive pricing strategy and revenue model optimization to maximize long-term ARR expansion
- Multi-Market Expansion: Lead new vertical growth initiatives, advising on strategy, and driving market expansion across existing and new markets including supplier, clinician, channel partnerships, and health plans
- Opportunity Identification: Systematically identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies across technology partners, healthcare systems, and payors
