Job : You will own growth at Parallel: the first dedicated growth hire, sitting adjacent to marketing but running a separate motion. You'll run experimentation across the funnel: A/B testing the marketing website, optimizing the signup-to-activation flow, and managing paid channels like Google Ads. You'll decide what gets tested, in what order, and why - instrumenting what isn't tracked, reading results honestly, and killing what doesn't move the numbers. You'll work closely with marketing on site tests, design on brand and UX guardrails, and product on activation and onboarding data.
